Learn how to create a new whiteboard in Jotboard so you can start brainstorming, teaching, or collaborating.

How to create a board

  1. Sign in to your Jotboard account.
  2. On the home page, click the New board button.
  3. Your new board will open automatically, ready to use.

The board will be created in whichever folder you currently have open. If you’re not inside a folder, it will be created at the root level.

Renaming your board

New boards are called “Untitled board” by default. To rename a board:

  1. Click the board name in the header at the top of the screen.
  2. Type your new name and press Enter.

You can also rename a board from the home page by clicking the three-dot menu on the board card and selecting Rename.
