How to resize and rotate objects

All objects on a Jotboard whiteboard — sticky notes, text boxes, images, and shapes — can be moved, resized, and rotated.

Moving an object

  1. Click on the object to select it.
  2. Click and drag it to a new position.

Resizing an object

  1. Click on the object to select it.
  2. Drag the handle at the bottom-right corner to resize.
  3. Images and sticky notes maintain their aspect ratio automatically.

Rotating an object

  1. Click on the object to select it.
  2. Drag the handle at the bottom-left corner to rotate.
  3. The object will rotate around its centre.

Tips

  • Hold Shift while resizing to lock the aspect ratio on objects where it isn’t locked by default.
  • You can resize and rotate any object, including text boxes, shapes, and images.
  • Locked objects cannot be moved, resized, or rotated until they are unlocked.
