Learn how to bring objects to the front or send them to the back to control layering on your Jotboard whiteboard.

How to change object order

When objects overlap on your board, you can control which ones appear in front or behind others.

Changing the order

1. Click on the object you want to reorder.
2. Click the three-dot menu on the object.
3. Choose one of the ordering options:
   • Move to top — Bring the object in front of all other objects.
   • Move up — Move the object one layer forward.
   • Move down — Move the object one layer back.
   • Move to bottom — Send the object behind all other objects.

Tips

• This is useful when a large image or shape is covering a sticky note or text box.
• The order applies to objects on the same slide — each slide has its own layering.
