How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Jotboard subscription at any time through the billing portal.

Steps to cancel

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to Settings.
2. Navigate to your team’s Billing page.
3. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
4. In the billing portal, select Cancel plan.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What happens after cancellation

• Your boards are not deleted. All your boards and their content are preserved.
• Your team reverts to the free plan, which limits simultaneous collaborators to 5 per board.
• Version history access will be restricted based on the free plan’s limitations.
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time and regain full access.
