What happens when you cancel your subscription

Find out what happens to your boards, content, and access when you cancel your Jotboard subscription.
What happens when you cancel your subscription
If you cancel your Jotboard subscription, your boards are not deleted. All your content is preserved and you can continue to access it.
What stays the same
- All your boards and their content remain exactly as they are.
- You can still view, edit, and share your boards.
- You can still create new boards.
What changes
- Your team reverts to the free plan.
- The simultaneous collaborator limit drops to 5 people per board (from unlimited).
- Version history access is restricted.
Can I reactivate later?
Yes. You can reactivate your subscription at any time from your team’s billing page. All your boards and content will still be there, and paid features will be restored immediately.
This makes Jotboard a good fit for seasonal teaching — you can cancel during breaks and reactivate when classes resume, without losing any of your work.
