How to delete an object

You can delete any object on your board — sticky notes, text boxes, images, and shapes.

Using the keyboard

1. Click on the object to select it.
2. Press Delete or Backspace on your keyboard.

Using the menu

1. Click on the object to select it.
2. Click the three-dot menu.
3. Select Delete.

Undoing a deletion

If you accidentally delete an object, press Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo the deletion immediately.

Locked objects

Locked objects cannot be deleted. You’ll need to unlock the object first before you can delete it.
