How to export a board as PDF
You can download any board as a PDF file, which is useful for saving a copy of your work, printing it, or sharing it with people who don’t have a Jotboard account.
Steps to export
- Open the board you want to export.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Download as PDF.
- Your browser’s print dialog will open.
- Make sure the destination is set to Save as PDF.
- Click Save or Print to download the file.
What’s included
- All slides in the board are exported as separate pages in the PDF.
- Backgrounds, drawings, sticky notes, images, text boxes, and shapes are all included.
Tips
- For the best results, choose Landscape orientation in the print dialog to match Jotboard’s 16:9 aspect ratio.
- If some content is cut off, check the print dialog’s scale or margins settings.
