How to import a PDF
You can import individual pages from a PDF file and use them as board backgrounds. This is ideal for annotating lesson slides, worksheets, or any document.
Importing a PDF page
- Open the board where you want to add the PDF.
- Click the Set background button at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Upload background.
- Choose a PDF file from your device, or drag and drop it into the upload area.
- The PDF viewer will open. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate to the page you want.
- Crop the area you want to use, or keep the full page.
- Click Save to set it as the background of the current slide.
Tips
- Each PDF page is imported as a background image on a single slide. To import multiple pages, repeat the process on different slides.
- The PDF is converted to a high-resolution image to ensure text and diagrams remain clear.
- You can draw, add sticky notes, and place other objects on top of the PDF background.
