How to import a PDF

You can import individual pages from a PDF file and use them as board backgrounds. This is ideal for annotating lesson slides, worksheets, or any document.

Importing a PDF page

  1. Open the board where you want to add the PDF.
  2. Click the Set background button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Upload background.
  4. Choose a PDF file from your device, or drag and drop it into the upload area.
  5. The PDF viewer will open. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate to the page you want.
  6. Crop the area you want to use, or keep the full page.
  7. Click Save to set it as the background of the current slide.

Tips

  • Each PDF page is imported as a background image on a single slide. To import multiple pages, repeat the process on different slides.
  • The PDF is converted to a high-resolution image to ensure text and diagrams remain clear.
  • You can draw, add sticky notes, and place other objects on top of the PDF background.
