How to select an object

Selecting an object is the first step to moving, resizing, rotating, editing, or deleting it.

How to select

1. Make sure the Select tool is active in the toolbar (it’s the default tool).
2. Click on any object on the board — sticky notes, text boxes, images, or shapes.
3. The object will show selection handles (small squares at the corners) indicating it’s selected.

What you can do with a selected object

• Move — Click and drag to reposition.
• Resize — Drag the bottom-right handle.
• Rotate — Drag the bottom-left handle.
• Edit — Double-click or press Enter (for text boxes and sticky notes).
• Delete — Press Delete or Backspace.
• More options — Click the three-dot menu for additional actions like lock, copy, or change order.

Deselecting

Click on an empty area of the board to deselect the current object.
