How to select an object
Selecting an object is the first step to moving, resizing, rotating, editing, or deleting it.
How to select
- Make sure the Select tool is active in the toolbar (it’s the default tool).
- Click on any object on the board — sticky notes, text boxes, images, or shapes.
- The object will show selection handles (small squares at the corners) indicating it’s selected.
What you can do with a selected object
- Move — Click and drag to reposition.
- Resize — Drag the bottom-right handle.
- Rotate — Drag the bottom-left handle.
- Edit — Double-click or press Enter (for text boxes and sticky notes).
- Delete — Press Delete or Backspace.
- More options — Click the three-dot menu for additional actions like lock, copy, or change order.
Deselecting
Click on an empty area of the board to deselect the current object.
