Learn how to erase drawings and pen strokes from your Jotboard whiteboard using the eraser tool.
How to use the eraser
The eraser tool removes drawings and pen strokes from the board.
Getting started
- Click the Eraser icon in the toolbar.
- Click and drag over the pen strokes you want to remove.
- The strokes will be erased as you draw over them.
What the eraser removes
- Pen strokes
- Marker strokes
- Highlighter strokes
- Brush strokes
What the eraser does not remove
- Sticky notes
- Text boxes
- Images
- Shapes
To delete these objects, select them and press Delete or Backspace, or use the three-dot menu and select Delete.
Undo an erase
If you accidentally erase something, press Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo.
