How to use the highlighter
The highlighter tool draws wide, semi-transparent strokes — just like a real highlighter pen. It’s perfect for emphasising text or marking up documents.
Getting started
- Click and hold the drawing tool icon in the toolbar to see all drawing tools.
- Select the Highlighter tool.
- Click and drag over the content you want to highlight.
Tips
- The highlighter is semi-transparent, so the content beneath it remains visible.
- It works especially well over PDF backgrounds or imported images.
- Use different colours to colour-code annotations — for example, green for correct answers and red for areas that need attention.
