Jotboard pricing explained
Jotboard offers a generous free plan and affordable paid plans for educators and teams.
Free plan
The free plan includes:
- Unlimited boards
- All drawing and editing tools (pen, marker, highlighter, brush, eraser, shapes, text boxes, sticky notes, images)
- Up to 5 simultaneous collaborators per board
- Sharing via link, email, and QR code
- PDF import and export
- Background grids and templates
- 7-day version history (view only — see how to use version history)
- Chat support
Paid plans
Paid plans unlock:
- Unlimited collaborators — No limit on how many people can work on a board at the same time.
- Longer version history, with restore — Review and restore previous versions of your boards: 30 days on Educator, 180 days on Business and Department, unlimited on Enterprise.
- Team management — Create teams, manage members, and share boards with your whole team.
Who needs to pay?
Only the board creator needs a paid plan. Students and collaborators access boards for free. A single Educator plan is enough for a teacher to run boards with an entire class.
